Tips for handling phone calls?
I hate making phone calls, but i have to at work. i usually try to find literally anything else to do so i don’t have to call people. Even receiving phone calls, i let go to voicemail because i’m caught off guard

Just force myself to do it if it's important. Then i get all anxious and upset when it wasn't an important call but, i took it anyways, and slacked on my tasks. I did not know that this was a symptom of adhd until just now. Good to know.
I tried to work at a call center once….lol
The worst part is when I do finally make the call it usually goes way better then i thought it would and the positive energy I get from doing it combined with the energy I get off the other person make it enjoyable. But still i freeze up. The reward system has been helping me a lot with this issue tho.
I feel the same way I get such bad anxiety before making any calls I hate it
Is this about the topic you have to discuss during the call? Try to make bullet points about possible conversation vs answers . I do t like answer the phone neather
Sometimes if the phone call is important i make a scenario before.
The same here... i ask my husband to make the calls if possible...
Sorry I know it wasn’t a tip but more an acknowledgement I go through the same thing. Question, did you always have this fear because i wasn’t born with it it started at some point.
You sound like you’ve got the same sort of ‘phobia’ so to speak that i do
Pre-call dance-off: Before making a call, crank up your favorite tunes and bust out your best dance moves. Not only will this get your energy pumping, but it'll also remind you that you're too cool to be bothered by a phone call.
