Body Pain/Adjustments

So for a good decade or so i have had body pain(other than regular) learnt a lot of it was posture issues. Been fighting wirh my feet hips and shoulders for 3 to 5 years straight. Went to a podiatrist and learnt im a toe walker. Mom always shamed me for it. I readjusted and now im finally getting better. Instead of fewling happy/excited I just want to beat myself up for it. Im blocking negative thoughts but cannot make positive ones. Help!

Also a toe walker with bad posture here. A friend had to point it out to me and now I'm slowly trying and doing better, luckily.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a few months back after experiencing chronic pain and body sensations. My posture has been atrocious most of my life. Wish I kept up with ballet to counteract it.

We have insane imposter syndrome as adhders. We tend to overlook our accomplishments because of how “insignificant” they are compared to a typical person. This is actually a huge win! Give yourself more credit that you made the realization at all and had the chance to adjust. Remind yourself of the pain you used to feel when you were walking differently and how much relief you feel now. You did that. You created that relief. Celebrate you ❤️
