How do you help yourself calm and change your mind set? So dark.

Autogenic training is my go to activity to calm down. Takes 5-15 minutes and I feel newborn. It just calms me down und creates this distance to the struggles I have at that moments. Or meditating… I know a lot of people are talking about it but it really works! And if that‘s to overwhelming, which is understandable, just make breathing exercises - 4sec in 4 sec hold 4 sec out - repeat a few times and I feel relieved already. And sometimes I sniff at vinegar - makes a little dizzy but get‘s the head some place else.

Try to block out any negativity like people, posts on social media (click not interested) try to listen to positive music with good subconcious messages

I always paint or do any kind of art, listening to any meditation background music also helps me a lot!

I listen to music that makes me happy, if you don’t have one or can’t find it, use Spotify search at picked just for you. Pick a list that speaks to you and listen to it
