


Autogenic training is my go to activity to calm down. Takes 5-15 minutes and I feel newborn. It just calms me down und creates this distance to the struggles I have at that moments. Or meditating… I know a lot of people are talking about it but it really works! And if that‘s to overwhelming, which is understandable, just make breathing exercises - 4sec in 4 sec hold 4 sec out - repeat a few times and I feel relieved already. And sometimes I sniff at vinegar - makes a little dizzy but get‘s the head some place else.

Try to block out any negativity like people, posts on social media (click not interested) try to listen to positive music with good subconcious messages

I always paint or do any kind of art, listening to any meditation background music also helps me a lot!
