If you’re struggling with remembering to take your meds in the morning, try leaving them and some water next to your bed. I’ve been doing this for a while; seeing the bottle on my nightstand the moment I wake up has helped out A LOT. And since there’s already water nearby, I don’t have to worry about getting sidetracked. Even if you forget to leave water the night before, you can still grab a pill and move to the sink.
