Notice your senses. What do you see, hear, smell, feel (touch), and taste? Deep, slow breaths through the nose.

Deep breaths. The kind that make you light headed. It resets your nerves and eases anxiety. Also, walk away from the stressful situation. There are many times i have to walk outside (away from noise, kids, etc.)
