How does everyone stay organized and focused? I have lists on top of lists of things to do, and some things are started, but when I start one thing, I see something else that needs to be done. I'll start on that.

Have a forwards and a backwards list? Do list what you need to do that week, so you don't forget it completely.. and then instead of ticking it off the list, write a new one with the things you have achieved instead

So I read in one of the procrastination articles on here that list of goals and things to do are great but even with a list it’s still hard to function because we need our lists simplified. So instead of having a list of big goals it’s best to simplify each goal into tiny little steps. The more simplistic each goal and each step is the better.
Stay?? R u kidding?? I try but my brain won’t let me. My brain refuses! It says leave that there even though it doesn’t belong there and it is only 10 feet from where it belongs! How hard is it to put where it belongs?? Not for the normal person! But my brain says “”NOOOoo!!!, FIGHt the urge to comply! “ and it does all the time. Just like it refuses and won’t let me complete a project to 100 percent! I would have completed it to 99.9 percent and my brain takes over and makes me, forces me to leave 0.01 percent not done right!! Why?? Why is that?? Makes me mad!
