Boundaries

What kind of boundaries do you guys set to make sure you aren’t overextended and that the rsd doesn’t make you feel guilty for?

all boundaries are set by your criteria. If something makes you uncomfortable, you usually say no. If a person is not good for you, you decide how long you’re going to spend with them. Look in the library for books about boundaries. There are quite a few, that could help you.
