How to make the most of this app?

It feels like this app is lacking a general chat room with your squad. It seems dumb to have a public to do list just for others to watch you struggle to not complete it. I have tried contacting support about this but no word back. I made an "introduce yourself" post in my squad and I hope to get some responses. I like the idea of checking in with a squad for encouragement and to cheer them on. I'm curious to know how this app helps you? Either without the social aspect or if you've made any good connections with your squad mates? Thanks and good luck to you all.

I use the to do lists quite aggressively 😅 it helps me not forget as well as hold myself accountable. What really helped for me tho of changing my mindset and treat life as a game such as sims. The task on here is like what has been decided for me. 😂 it’s also a good feeling when I almost complete them all

I keep downloading adhd apps and then forget after briefly using that I have them on my phone 🤦🏻‍♀️ This one seems promising but I somewhat agree about the to-do list stuff. It did make me laugh a bit..not sure I want all the stuff I procrastinate on up on a wall 😬 ..though it could help that the squad sees it! This is my first day here so we’ll see..

I just downloaded the app. Still in the trial period and kinda feeling my way around, so idk how it works yet. I guess this is a given, but, ahem… I have adhd… lol so I am prone to get kinda flaky with responsiveness from time to time, but you can chat with me if ya want. I promise you I won’t offer any negativity for sure.

I get your frustrations. I look at the to do list as an accountability check in. If other people see what I plan to do, I'm more likely to do it. You can also choose what they see. If there's something you really want to accomplish, you can post it. If there's something you don't want to share, you can turn it off for others. I like to scroll through and give encouragement to squad mates for what they complete.
