Teams

Does anyone else want to be in more than one team? Only being able to join one at a time feels limiting and too exclusive. I’d like to be able to interact with different kinds of groups im interested in

Ugh yes! I was looking at other teams but finally decided on one that had more people interested in the same thing to discuss with

We totally understand wanting to be part of multiple groups. Unfortunately, letting people join several teams at once tends to make it harder for everyone to stay focused and committed. We truly believe it's better for everyone to concentrate on one team at a time. You can still check out other groups without leaving your current one. If you find another group you like better, you can always switch teams back and forth!

I disagree. Some Teams are more focused on *doing something*/action oriented, and others are more for general support for similar people. Eg my team is place where gender diverse people can see others like their self, and go to for any related issues/advice/community. I don’t want to leave that team in order to be in a larger team that might focus on body doubling or something. I can see how limiting teams might help others, but it also restricts people too. I don’t see why someone couldnt just choose to be in only one if they want to stay focused on one thing .
