Just a reminder that the thing you’ve been putting off doing hardly ever takes as long as you think it will!! Just amazed myself by doing the laundry in 10 minutes. I listed out every step as a subtask, gave myself 20mins to complete it and zoomed through it. Our brains like to scare us out of doing the thing!
